Kato is a 3 year old sweetheart with a few quirks,   He loves to play and cuddle and be inside,    He does not like to be outside.  He needs to be physically put outside in regular intervals and will do his business, and then wait to come back in    Since he does not like outside, leash walking is not an option, so he needs a fenced yard with no stairs to that outside access,
