Nyla

Nyla is a 12 pound sable sheltie about 3 years old. She is a tiny timid little girl and wants to be the princess of the house.

Sweet Nyla is still looking for her forever home. She really needs to be the only dog, and we think she’d do best in a home without children.

Don’t let her “tough girl” act fool you — Nyla is actually very loving! She has her own quirky way of showing affection, with playful growls and little flashes of teeth — it’s truly just her way of interacting. Once you get to know her, you’ll see those growls are full of love, not meanness.

She does have a touch of separation anxiety, but when you come home, she’ll shower you with affection like you’re her whole world. 💕

Nyla will make someone a truly fantastic companion — she just needs patience, understanding, and someone who will let her heart shine.
